I can’t speak highly enough of Frank and his team. From the very beginning, Frank was incredibly responsive, friendly and honest as we discussed our big backyard project. We went back and forth on many aspects of the proposal, and not once did he show impatience when I requested changes or asked for suggestions. Frank’s knowledge and professionalism gave me complete confidence in his vision and workmanship. We had a major issue with water accumulation in our backyard, and he immediately knew how to address it with the right solution. He and his team transformed our yard into a beautiful and functional space. On top of that, they worked tirelessly to complete the project in a timely manner. I truly can’t recommend Frank enough. Frank and his team are true professionals. He designed and landscaped our yard, incorporating my specific plant requests, creating a 3D replica of my house with the plants so I could understand how the final product looked. They executed flawlessly and on time. His team also redid our walkway and front step to our house, which was in need of repair, entirely rebuilding the steps to our home. We love it. All was executed on time and at a fair and reasonable cost. Frank is responsive and a total pleasure to work with. Cannot recommend Cutting Edge enough.

Frank and his team resolved drainage issues in my backyard by regrading, installing drainage pipes and adding river rocks. In the past that area would pool water from any storm but now it is no longer an issue. They also installed sod, which looks great! I really appreciate his forward thinking in regards to ground level during regrading process to accommodate future pavement installation. Frank puts a lot of extra care in his work. During heavy storm I saw him personally come by and check on the drainage. Besides reasonable price, his quote structure was one of the best I have seen- clear, detailed and with multiple options based on project needs.
