My service was completed super fast , the technician really knew what he was doing when repairing the loud noises coming from my dryer . I could not be any more appreciative of his work. The motor was replaced in less than 15 minutes and he was on his way. My dryer was under warranty so I did not pay anything for the service . Thank you so much !

I requested a service call because my clothes are coming out dirtier then when they went in. The service rep was not helpful. He spoke to Maytag on the phone, told me what they said, then left. I asked for something in writing, outlining what we discussed. He said I would get an email from his office, except in the email I received a blank invoice. I spoke to the office who said I needed to get any information about the service call from Maytag.

Got dryer fixed somewhat timely. I don't think Whirlpool shared enough detail to the repair company because I already partially diagnosed that it wasn't the thermal fuse (because I am a right-to-repair kind of guy) and knew it was probably the heating element. The tech arrived and I had to explain everything again and therefore they couldn't preemptively have the heating element on hand. It took an extra week to get the heating element. On the return visit the time window was 11 to 2 and they arrived slightly after 2 to START the work. Many more lost hours at work than I wanted to spend to the point doing the repair myself would have been more cost effective with lost wages. I know not everyone is capable of making that choice, but I was under the assumption that the estimate would be

Company is absolutely the best. Communication on key and worked around our schedules. Work done on my washer was stuff I could of easily done but since it was new went theough process of warranty and boy did they knock off one project off my huge list lol. Warranty covered for pricing and labor. Jim was very professional.

This company was sent out to me by Whirlpool. They told me this sound coming from my washing machine is normal and not to worry. However I feel that anybody with half a brain couldnt believe this. In addition after leaving and pulling away from my house , they came back knocked and entered without anybody letting them in. They proceeded to tell my babysitter that they forgot to check something that was never an issue to begin with. I'm completely sketched out and angered that Whirlpool would send this company into my house. I even tried calling the company and letting them know of what happened and the first thing I'm greeted with on the phone is coughing. I then hung up .. No more
