While our unit hung on for as long as it could, the time finally came to replace it (hey, 26 years is a good run right?). Our experience with Carlos was exceptional. He was able to provide us with a quick and extremely fair quote - which was awesome because our rowhouse situation was a little complicated and required the use of a crane. He coordinated the logistics of the crane and the new unit, and the replacement was seamless. By the end of the day we had a brand new unit that is cooling our house to perfection.
