The aluminum siding on my home was very worn due to years of weather damage and exposure. When Walter Ruiz of Mars Restoration stopped by my home, he performed a thorough inspection of my siding and found hail related damage, that I could not see with the naked eye. He explained how my homeowners insurance policy could possibly replace the siding with new siding. While I was skeptical at first, Mr. Ruiz work with me to file a claim with my insurance company. When the inspector came out to inspect the damage, Mr. Ruiz was there to show The damage areas in a very professional way. His presentation and walk around with the inspector was the reason I believe my insurance company approved new Mastic ovation vinyl siding for my home. My only expense was my deductible. I was visited by a representative named Lovell regarding roofing repairs, and even though I didn’t move forward with the service, I was very impressed by his professionalism and communication. He was knowledgeable, respectful, and clearly takes pride in his work. It’s rare to meet a young salesman who handles business with that level of confidence and courtesy. Walter from Mars Restoration has been working with me trying to get the Insurance ( Allstate ) to fix my roof for the last 3 yrs. Walter was great to work with he explained how everything would work. He did the roof inspection and showed me pictures and explained what was needed. After I okayed the roof replacement and was given a date everything went great the finished the job in one day and did a great job. I would definitely recommend mars restoration
