Company sent out 2 workers to clean our furnace. The 1 Caucasian worker spoke very condescending towards the non-Caucasian mate and was very aggressive. He continuously yelled and brought supplies that was not charged/working properly. Took his time with the job and handed a large bill that I reluctantly paid from fear that his aggression would be redirected to me. 2 weeks later the carbon monoxide detector went off for high levels in the basement. Company sent the same rude man back to the home to look at the problem. He refused to let me watch him clean the furnace and view was blocked. He supposedly vacuumed the furnace again and immediately left our home premise without word once he finished. Another company stopped by and noted there were holes and cut wires in the furnace likely caus

I was having trouble with my furnace for months. I had multiple different companies come to look and 'fix' it. After a bunch of failed attempts and a lot of lost money I contacted CVA. Chuck and employees were very knowledgeable and had my furnace running great in no time. I'm very pleased with the rates as well! 10/10 I would recommend this company to anyone.

Chuck and his guys were amazing to work with. I called to get a mini ductless installed. Chuck came down and within 2 days I had a quote. The following week, 2 gentleman came and installed it. They worked very well together! One inside and one outside. They both kind and courteous and answered all my questions. Highly recommend them!!

Please do don’t use this company.. the service they offer is not good service. They went to my house two weeks ago and did not fully clean my furnace, but they cut wire and poke holes on my furnace. They charged me $500 to clean my furnace and a week later I had carbon monoxide in my home. I called them to come and check the problem as they were the one who clean the furnace. They came a second time to finish destroying my furnace. They cut cable and poke holes then left without saying a word. I called their boss and he is worst than his employees. The carbon monoxide in my home could have cost the lives of my loved ones. Please don’t think twice this is not a good company.

This company is fantastic! I’ve known the owner for a long time, and he is always professional, understanding, and punctual. Working on these units can be challenging, but they had no trouble fixing our system quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this company—if you're local, this is the one to call!
