CVC

I have been trying to reach CVC for over two weeks to get help/an estimate. Each time I call, my call is transferred to an estimator, but the estimator does not answer or return calls. I was told the estimator works from home, but despite multiple attempts, I have not received any response or follow-up. At this point, the lack of communication has been very frustrating and unprofessional. If estimates are not available, that should be clearly communicated instead of repeatedly transferring calls with no response. Unfortunately, I DO NOT recommend based on this experience.

Absolute joke for setting concrete. Not only does our pad have hand grinder marks, spalling, chipping, etc, they replaced a sidewalk and didn’t even put up cones, so all the kids from the nearby school stepped through it and left marks (and ruined our neighbors shoes). This is for new construction in Plumas Lake, and they’re saying this is good enough work they don’t want to replace.
