C.W. Matthews Forest Park Plant

I ordered 35 tons of asphalt and was told I have to 3:30pm to pick it up they sold it at 2 o'clock and left me hanging on a job i was only 3 mile from their location. The people that work there are very rude and don't know how to talk to the customer. If u don't want to work, stay at home. I'm stuck on a job with no asphalt cause they can't do there job if I could rate this CW Matthew with no star, I would poor management but I can say other CW Matthew plants that i have ordered from was understandable and was good. I will not order there anymore, which is very unprofessional

Beware of this company. I hired a company to pour a very long driveway for me and they used CW Matthews for the asphault material. Well, I paid the contractor in full (which included all the materials) and apparently they decided to not pay CW Matthews for the material. As much as I hate that, what CW Matthews did next is infuriating. They placed a lien on my home right before I listed it for sale and even after I produced evidence that I've already paid the bill to the contractor they aren't removing it. So instead of going after the contractor and suing them, they came after the consumer who had nothing to do with the situation and are trying to make me double pay. Now I am in a situation where I'm selling my house with a lien against it that I'd be obligated to pay, but it's for work
