Claudio was such a pleasure to work with! He was very responsive and communicative throughout the entire project. Claudio and his team did a phenomenal job! We had a large interior paint project on the first floor of our home and part of the upstairs. Everything came out beautifully and were more than happy with the end result. I recently hired CWC for a ceiling repair and was very impressed with their transparency and professionalism. On Day 1, they handled the sheetrock installation and applied two coats of joint compound. I appreciated that they were very clear about the scope—the initial phase covered the install and compound (material included), with the understanding that sanding and painting were separate. On Day 2, I opted for the additional service to have them return for the sanding, priming, and two finish coats on the ceiling. They were upfront that this didn't include trim or walls, so there were no surprises. What stood out most was their communication. Claudio and his team did a fantastic job painting the interior of my new home! Claudio helped me so much with color selection and didn’t give up on me even when I wanted to give up. And his folks worked long hours to get the work done on-schedule despite a delay caused by a different service provider. They did a great job in every room, and Claudio was always available by phone and came to the house each day to check in with me and his crew. At the end of the job, Claudio personally touched up some things that I didn’t even notice. I whole heartedly recommend Claudio for your painting needs. And the great added bonus is that he’s in the business so he knows every other service provider you might need and is happy to help you sort things out if you need help! Yay CWC! Claudio and his team transformed the exterior of our house from a dull gray to beautiful Benjamin Moore Newburyport Blue! Claudio was very helpful and kept me updated throughout the process. His team was friendly and did a great job replacing some boards and trim and painting our house. We highly recommend working with CWC Painting and Services!
