We couldn’t believe the difference in the three companies who all came highly recommended. When I say difference, I mean all three promised exactly the same for very different pricing. We liked Mario immediately. He was personable, got straight to the point, listened to our concerns and didn’t torture us for two hours with a hard sell. He respected our time, and was very prompt with our quote (which was the lowest of the three), and explained the process. We worked with Mario and his team to replace our roof recently. We are first time home buyers and when we found out we needed a new roof in our inspection, we were naturally overwhelmed and stressed. From the very beginning, Mario was extremely quick to respond and provide quotes and he answered any and all questions we had (which were a lot!). He was incredibly attentive and helped us understand everything he would be doing so that we could also learn and be educated.
