Mancil's is doing work in the North River Shores area and on Britt Road. Yesterday's, December 4th, 2018, rains washed out the temporary fill and hard pan that they had laid causing large and dangerous potholes. I made one call to Rick at Mancil's and within the hour he had a truck out there, in the rain unfortunately, filling in the depressions and holes. That was amazing one call and it was taken care of. This is a Company that should be commended and their employees also.

Great company to work with. Very professional service, I was quoted quickly and was able to get my job scheduled right away as well. Rick was very easy to work with and took great before and after pictures for me since I am not able to physically go to the site and see the completed project. I highly recommend this company to others. Thanks again and look forward to doing business with you in the future!

This company puts the edge of the asphalt right on the grass, breaking technology. They put asphalt on top of cracked old asphalt without removing it, the soil and of grass sprouted through the asphalt. After asphalt was laid, the grass sprouted from it. 5 yards long and 1 foot wide. When the asphalt was laid on the grass, I told a working African- American about the fact that the grass will sprouted though the asphalt. To which he replied that everything is OK. Result on the pucture.

The women in this office has no idea how to speak to someone. Myra is the rudest nastiest, most disrespectful person you’ll speak to on the phone. She speaks down to you and doesn’t even allow you to speak. Use anyone other than this company.

Rick did not complete the work as promised. He was untimely and unprofessional. He took full payment and did not complete the job.
