He came out despite it being the day before Christmas Eve and completed a long septic line replacement in a single day--a small job for him in between his larger projects. He and his sons were super hardworking and honest, and went above and beyond for us completing the work very competently, arriving exactly when he said they would, finishing the work in the timeline promised, and cleaning up and leaving everything neat and nice at completion.
