For semi TRUCK drivers: The guys in receiving are super nice (if it was only for them, I'd leave 5 stars), but getting in sucks. Place is tight, you'll have to back in from the street, blind spot all the way till the dock afterwards. If your truck is long wheel base and you gotta unload at Cynergy, your docks are the first 2 when you enter. Means sharper turn blind spotting, also means your nose will probably not fit. The first dock had dumpsters when I came in. Company has box trucks which have no issue greeting in and out, it's a different story for semis.

One of their tractor trailer drivers ran me and my daughter off the road on I 26 right outside Columbia SC. While he was on his cell phone, when I called the office number on their website to report their unsafe driver, with truck #, license plate #, and description of the driver, they said " What do you want me to do about it", and hung up on me. This took place yesterday January 15th, 2019

Horrible employees, they were rude, and disrespectful... They treated me as a female like trash! I'll never use this company again
