It's been difficult to find conractors that keep their word and do quality work and I'm happy to say that Cypress has been the exception to the rule. They were reliable, showing up everyday. They completed what was contracted and even though their was a miscommunication at one point of the job Cesar quickly rectfied the situation. I would highly recommend Cypress for any home improvement job!

Grading is not done properly. Water is not moving away from the house, just sits close to the house. Came several times to seed but grass growing spotty. Called and left messages but no one called back.

Cypress did tree removal, grading, and fence installation in my backyard in 2021. The grading and cleaning up of our overgrown yard in our newly purchased house went fine, though communication was always somewhat inconsistent with Candy and Caeser. I was also the one handling this project (and not my husband) and consistently found Caesar patronizing and uninterested in speaking to me when I had questions about the project. We were having the trees removed at the back of our property to make room for a fence and to remove a couple dead trees, and explicitly said that we only wanted to remove trees in bad shape, or ones that were in the way of the fence installation. Cesar and his team were great to work with, and they did a fantastic job with all the work in the yard we needed done. They were very thorough, but worked quickly to get the job done in a timely manner. Cesar was very professional and communicated well throughout the process. He fairly and very kindly resolved one or two minor issues that popped up during a complicated job of clearing overgrown areas, laying rocks down around a concrete patio, and doing extensive landscaping and tree planting. I would say they went “above and beyond” my expectations. We have found our “go to” guys for home and yard improvements, and I recommend Cypress 100%.

Cypress did a beautiful job last fall with a pea gravel patio in my backyard and pavers and white stones in my front yard. Cesar made great suggestions about fixing drainage issues in my yards and I'm very happy with both the beauty and functionality of my front and backyard now. They were fast and professional and I was able to use my new backyard last fall exactly the way I was hoping to!
