We have used CYR Electric for many electric jobs, at our house. Rich and his Electrician technicians were very kind, helpful and knowledgeable in taking care of our electrical issues. They all made sure that all our electrical issues were done safely. If we needed a question answered after the job was completed, Rich was there to answer or make sure one of his Electrician Technicians would take care of our concern. Kim who was in the office wss very helpful when we needed her to answer or help us with anything we needed. If anything in the future, CYR Electric will be our Electrician technicians. Not really sure how this company gets a 4.7 this morning while driving to work the Mass Pike one of their representatives in a company van was obviously not happy at 85 miles an hour on the Mass Pike and was high beaming me and tailgating me and when they were able to get around me got back in the left lane at least 10 ft off the front of my car. Guess if they have this much regard for others on the road I can only imagine how they take care of customers.

I reached out to Cyr Electric around 7AM and they were able to provide emergency service by 9AM. I communicated with Rich for the job and he sent Mike out to complete the work. They took care of the issue on my rental property. I couldn't have asked for a smoother process. Thanks!
