Communication was excellent and the work ethic of the company was reflected in EVERY team member throughout the project. I would never recommend C&Z Restoration to anyone. After experiencing a devastating fire in my home, I trusted this company to help restore what I had worked so hard to build over the years. Unfortunately, that trust was completely misplaced. I had carefully chosen specific materials and design elements throughout my home, including custom heavy barn doors for my second-floor bathroom. When it came time to replace them, C&Z Restoration attempted to use cheap, hollow folding closet doors instead. That level of disregard for the original quality and personal investment I put into my home was extremely upsetting. This company was here for me from the day of my fire to the day that I was able to move back into my home. They handled (and are finalizing) all the back and forth negotiations with the insurance company, the majority of which I was not aware were necessary to complete a project. From the team that boarded up the house immediately after the fire to all the management personnel, demo teams, and contractors that I dealt with throughout the process, they were polite, knowledgeable, and answered my numerous questions, (some more than once). My project manager Jonathan King was my go to person, and I leaned on him heavily during the project. He was always available through a phone call or text if I had questions in between the times that I met with him, which was nearly every day. My exper
