Wallboard was placed over rotten boards in wall. Shower pan liner was installed wrong. No pan liner under step to shower. No vapor barrier in behind cement board on shower walls. Corner in adjacent room is not square. No cutoffs in waterlines. Shower pan and wall are going to have to be removed and reinstalled right
