Dont bother. Came to my house to give me a quote. Told me I'd have quote emailed to me by end of the day. No quote. Called the following day, and spoke to woman. She told me I'd have it at the end of the week when they are all turned in on Friday. Ok fine. Bear in mind, my house has no heat becaus my boiler is done. And no plumber will fix anything until asbestos is removed, and D&R knows this, they were going to "escelate" my process because of it. And after about 13 phone calls (not answered) and probably 5 vmails (no response) asking for the quote, I still have not heard from anyone. They've gone competly ghost on me leaving me stranded with no heat in my hosue. EXTREMELY unprofessional behavior. If you dont wana to do the job, just say so. Wonderful company. I recently had a job done for pipe insulation in my basement. The workers were all very friendly and did a fantastic job. Would definitely recommend
