Service was excellent until I discovered I was paying for services that were not being performed. Once I found out and complained, less care was taken by the tech at my pool. Eventually lead to my pool pump being broken due to negligence on tech's part. Get 2 stars because Owner, Randy, made the issue right and fixed my equipment free of charge. I would only recommend if you are on top of your pool service and can be diligent with work performed. Techs do not communicate to office, which then the office will not communicate to client.

Had this company to service my swimming pool while away, paid 6 months in advance. Pictures sent to me by neighbors showed pool wasn't being cleaned as agreed. I called and canceled service, yet they continued to charge me. I finally sent a copy of a different pool service contract to show they were not cleaning my pool. Yet they continued to charge. Extremely disappointing and takes advantage of elderly person which is away. I paid anyway again just to get them away from me even though they did not provide service. They don't even deserve 1 star🥺

Do a very good job keeping pool clean in Seven Lakes. Very pleased with cleanliness and quality of water.
