I sent a pleasant email via their contact us page providing a detailed description of the problem so that it would make it easier to understand the scope of a quote. Their response two weeks later was "Call the contractor who installed it". That's it - no other common courtesy elements like, "sorry for the delay" or "we're backed up with full installs". If a business can't be polite, they shouldn't be in business.

Dennis and his crew at D.E. Miller Roofing completed a 51,000sf re-roofing project for our Senior Living Community just over two years ago. We have had no leaks or problems with wind since.
