This company goes above and beyond when building a home. The company’s owner, Dave, is hands on and makes sure every little thing is done correctly. Over the years he has built many homes in Broad Channel, his professionalism and reputation speaks for itself in this Queens community. This guy took on a job that no one else wanted because it is the first log house in NYC and more importantly, it was part of the Build It Back program. He is fully licensed and insured, he is really clear about what he can, can't and won't do -- yet he built a log house without ever having done so before and did a great job. If he is unsure that something requested by the home owner is not a good idea, he will out and out say so and explain why. He was willing to take on our job that had unbelievable challenges, but his work is solid, he stands behind it and fixes things that are problematic without tacking on new charges.
