I am completely satisfied with my experience with DJ’s. Here’s why: First, the online reservation is fast and easy. The online reservation form was easy to fill out and Don, the owner/manager, replied to my request right away. Second, the staff is excellent. Brandon and Tyler, the service technicians, were polite and professional. My sprinkler system hasn’t worked for over two years but they were able to return the system to perfect working order in under an hour. Third, the price is fair and affordable. The resolution of another local contractor’s installation error likely exceeded the routine service fee, but they kept the cost at our agreed price of $85.00. Fourth, they’re friendly and helpful. They answered all of my questions and gave me lots of advice to keep the system work

This place can be a little ahrd to get a hold of but let me tell you....keep on calling! Their service is worth EVERY PENNY! I have used them for years now and I have never had a complaint. They know what they are doing, they dont overcharge, they don't turn something small into something big, and they are patient with my kids as well. I have since recommended them to all my co-workers and many of my neighbors already use them. Hire with confidence.
