She was knowledgeable, patient, and so helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we felt confident in our choices. Thank you again Lani. I can't believe how helpful and responsive D&M was in handling our ugly, small bathroom issue. Due to an unknown leaky toilet, there was a black mold issue in the sub-floor. Chad inspected the damage and was uncertain they could do the sub-floor, but within 2 days Joe came out and replaced the damaged sub-floor. Within another week, Steve came out and replaced the ceramic tile. Problem solved in under two weeks and the floor looks great. Thanks guys!

Can't recommend D&M enough! Karissa was extremely helpful and knowledgeable while deciding what carpet to go with, Luke was very thorough measuring our rooms, and the two installers were clean, neat, and super professional. Their work was great, and we couldn't be happier with the end product. Thank you D&M, will definitely be using them again.

From the start, Maura was professional, friendly and understood exactly what I explained I was looking for. We selected LVT for our bathroom, LVP for our entry, hallway and dining area, and carpet for the living room and master bedroom. Everything was perfectly coordinated! Our next contact was with Luke who was able to measure and provide a complete estimate within 2 days of my selection of flooring products. Luke was also friendly and professional, answering many questions asked of him, providing details about the work to be done. Adam promptly called and an installation date was set. We can’t recommend them enough! They’re priced fair, responsive, and have great company values. We had LVP installed throughout our kitchen and bathroom. We worked with Kate for the flooring details, she helped us choose a beautiful flooring that matched our family’s needs. Her floor visualizer helped us see the vision and choose which style fit best. Mike, and Tom removed and installed the new flooring. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect! The attention to detail everyone at D&M has is incredible!
