Do not patronize this place. They are disrespectful. I called and spoke to Sabrina to report one of her drivers who blocked traffic truck 1933 for 30 minutes being petty. They saw a car double parked and pulled up right next to the car instead of behind or in front. After my telling him how inconsiderate that was he became aggressive yelling and cursing at me. Anytime a male is aggressive towards a female that is quite frankly threatening. Sabrina claims there is no complaint process and that it's not threatening for him to aggressively curse at a woman.

I have been buying oil from D-NAF for 14 years and I have had nothing but good experiences.

This company does not accurately measure the oil they deliver and they have the nastiest attidude if you even ask the question. They also refuse to give you even a hint of when their driver will arrive, and refused on several occasions to specify if it will be in the first or second half of the day. One woman in particular whom I believe is one of the owners, speaks to you like she is doing you a favor. With more people converting to Gas, you'd think they will have half a brain to be respectable, courteous and understanding with customers.

I called to get a technician to view our boiler, and Anna said they only service long term costumers. After explaining my situation of not having a working boiler for 4 days during below zero temperatures, she said she would see if she can send a technician. I get a call stating that the technician is outside, no warning or confirmation. I wasn’t home, so my partner let them in and the technician suggested we fill with oil before testing the boiler, so we did....to later find out that the original price she quoted me that day for oil went up from $2.79 to $2.89 and on top of that there is a $10 fee to process via credit card. Never have I heard of that in the 20+ years I have been ordering oil. This was the first time using this company because of desperation. The technician was wonderful

Never order through this company!!! The worst customer service I’ve experienced. They were rude, unreliable, have no actual schedule or time table. Be prepared to call them every hour for updates. They wont even give you a hint as to if your delivery is scheduled for the morning or afternoon. The extremely ill-mannered lady answering the phone was unprofessional and suggested me to take the day off from work to accommodate their schedule. Not to mention they raised their prices! Spare yourself the headache and avoid this company at all costs. I found another company 50¢ cheaper by the gallon AND gave me a 2 hour window and 15 minute prior notice.
