I filled out online contact form on 4/7/25 and followed up on 4/10/25 via phone to set up an appointment for a residential driveway estimate. After speaking with I believe Dan, An appointment was scheduled for 4/17/25 at 9am. Dan did not show up or call to reschedule the appointment. On 4/23/25 I received a text message from Jessica about setting up an appointment for an estimate with Dan, I believe this text message to have been in response to the online contact form. A second appointment was scheduled for 4/24/25 at 10am. This time Dan showed up, but was an hour late with no prior notice. We talked over what I would like to have done with the driveway. If you're looking to hire a pro that takes pride in his work, D&R is for you. They ran into a bunch of snags, expanding and resurfacing my driveway, but they were very honest through the entire process and my new driveway came out amazing.

Well where to start I hope everybody has better luck than I did just getting it estimate I was told he would be here at 10:00 when I talk to the owner over the phone then I call that 10:06 to see if he was still coming and he said oh I guess I should have told you between 10:00 and 11:00.
