Quit coming out to peoples neighborhood and cutting fiber lines. Learn to not be incompetent. Filed a complaint against this company

Extremely unprofessional. Showed up to bury an internet wire and the 2 employees actively complained and came up with illegitimate excuses to not do the job. After the slurry of complaints they called their boss who told them to do the job. They waited 5 mins then knocked on my door again to tell me they couldn’t do the job again.

Nice employees in the field. Terrible company. Came to our house by mistake, cut our internet cables and disappeared despite assurances they would get us back online asap. Home office and "manager" nether were available by phone and never returned messages.

So Mr Elmer in Charleston sc was doing work on my neighbor house and cut my internet line when I made him aware of the mistake he was very rude and had the audacity to leave without fixing his mistake. My children does homeschooling and due to Elmer poor customer service looks like my kids is going to have a day off

Unprofessional! we had internet lines buried in our yard a year ago by this company and they destroyed our sprinklers, they promised to reimburse us and a year later still no reimbursement.
