Responsive, dependable, professional, knowledgeable, and HONEST. I was burned by two previous services, the last of which, Bob Hamilton, attempted to defraud me. The technician showed me a video she said she took of the inside of our furnace, that it was severely rusted and presented a grave danger of gas leaking or worse. Said they would send someone out to give an estimate of the cost of replacing and then shut off the gas. DT Mechanical was recommended and Mike came immediately the next day. He showed there was no rust and that the furnace was operating properly. Hamilton’s response was to send a supervisor to look at it, seemed to think the furnace was okay when in my house, but their report was their technician was correct. Mike is the best at what he does. He is always positive, upbeat and whenever he comes out im always learning more about these recycled oil heater's we have here and how to keep them maintained.

Very nice and straight forward company, took slightly longer than I'd have hoped to diagnose & fix my furnace issue.
