D. Yanez Demolition & Hardscape

I contacted Daniel the end of May about some work I was looking to get done, some landscaping in front of the house, removing a walkway in the back yard, and demo and fill in our inground swimming pool. He contacted me within a half hour and made and appointment to come out the next day to look things over so he could right out an estimate and contract. I contacted him with questions I had he always got back to me right away so I hired D. Yanez Construction to do the work. I had a great experience with this company for demoing and hauling cabinets and miscellaneous. Eli provided a detail of work to be performed at a price I believe to be fair. Clean up was thorough at the end, leaving the place better than when they started! I felt I received my moneys’ worth. Daniel, the owner, was easy to deal with, no issues. I’d highly recommend you use them.

Daniel and his crew were excellent. He quoted us an excellent price on demo and haul on my kitchen and bathroom. They did the job all in one day from 10AM to 6PM. A lot of work indeed coming all the way from Palm Desert. Nice people and am glad I found them on Craigslist (lucky I guess).
