My wife and I had a negative experience turn into a wonderful experience yesterday. There are many moving parts, but the short version is….my wife and I went to pick up our custom sliding glass door so it could be installed. The easiest and most logical way to load the sliding glass door into the trailer was originally NOT approved by Lowe’s employee.After going back-and-forth, to no avail, we were fortunate enough to be introduced to the store manager Myrna. Myrna was more than willing to help us find a solution. She listened and was so empathetic to our situation. Now enter Arlen one of Myrna’s assistant managers. With his help we were able to come up with a great solution to our challenging issue. Before Myrna came into the picture, I was prepared to return the $5000 sliding glass door

They didn't have anything i was looking for but then again none of the employee's was very eager to help me to see if they had what I was needing anyway they just kept sending me down a bunch of rows looking myself. Bad business.

Everyone here is so helpful, especially Miki! He is very patient with old folks who change their mind several times. Makes sure we had everything to finish the job without extra trips because we forgot something small. Much better than orange place down the street.

This is one of the nicest Lowe’s I have been to. From the well landscaped shaded parking on into the clean and well laid out store I am impressed. They could use a few more employees to help answer questions would be my only suggestion. An older friend of mine says he likes this store but that he can never get the help he needs while shopping. He now goes to Home Depot only for that reason.

Do NOT buy appliances or a protection plan from Lowe’s! My washer broke after 3 years of careful, once-a-week use. A certified tech diagnosed a gearcase failure (error code F7 E1) with no signs of overloading—yet Lowe’s denied my claim using “overloading” as an excuse with no proof. It’s been over a month and a half of calls, and in the last two weeks they’ve called me multiple times only to hang up. Worst customer service I’ve experienced. Their protection plan is worthless when you actually need it.
