D5 Car Detailing

First time using this service. I bought the 250 dollar interior option. It said it will look like new. I was showed the car and was less than impressed. It was said that it will look like new. But there was crusty and streaks on the front seats. I don’t have passengers much in my car. They look dirty still! The floor mat on the driver side still has salt stains. I was told this is the best that could be done.

I just picked up my 2017 Toyota Corolla which was in DIRE need of its first interior detailing. I found D5 through google and they had great reviews so I decided to trust them. I wasn’t disappointed. My old, dirty car looks better than it ever has before! They did a very thorough job and I will definitely use them again. Highly recommend! I wish I had taken before pics so you could see the actual transformation!

They did an average job for a fair price i guess, let me explain. When I made an appointment with these guys for a gold package detail I thought it was going to be completely different than what I received. The attention to detail just wasn’t there from the windows being left dirty to them not even cleaning the rear view mirror to having to take the car back to them for a “touch up” because I didn’t approved the service when i got it. I give it a 2 star because guy attempted to fix what was wrong but in all honesty it just feels like an overpriced car wash to me. My seats aren’t fabric either, that’s exactly what I mean by the lack of attention to detail. The service should be done right the first time there shouldn’t be a need to take the car back and get things fixed.

Casey took care of my civic with a coating and a detail. My car was toast it had lots of water marks and they took care of all that. These are professionals for sure my car looks great
