Wow, wasn't expecting that! We hired DA because a home inspector said there weren't enough nails in the hurricane straps and the insurance company raised our rates. Dan showed up for the evaluation appt. climbed up in the attic and also documented (took pics) there were in fact enough nails. I submitted those pics to our insurance company along with an updated report. Dan literally saved us thousands of dollars on our home insurance premiums. Here is what I wasn't expecting...He did NOT charge us because he said it was a consultation appt. I would highly recommend them. They are professional, knowledgeable, and the communication is amazing!

We hired DA to renovate our master bathroom and I am blown away with the result! The process was so smooth from the beginning. David was always quick to respond and really understood what I was going for with the design. I was also so pleased with their sub trades. They partner with high quality and respectful companies for everything from plumbing to cabinets! I highly highly recommend this amazing local company. They treat you like family!

I appreciate David and all the staff who coordinated and provided oversight on our bathroom remodel. The employees and subcontractors were all professional, friendly, and had attention to detail. Every remodel has an unexpected item or two, and David and his team worked together with me to make sure that the result was satisfactory. We had an unbelievably beautiful shower remodel. David was superb to work with and extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend this company just because of him. Selections were great and we kind of made ours very unique. I doubt that there is another shower as beautiful as ours. David made just about everything we wanted and asked for work out. Chris who did all the tile work was fantastic and extremely competent and professional. Everyone who works with the company were great. The company who does the glass and framing was also great and the finished product was phenomenal. Also Jennifer in the office was always friendly smiling and great to work with. My husband and I have lived in our 1979 house for 25 years. We had saved our money to remodel our kitchen/family room and both bathrooms. When we first met David Witt from DA Construction, we instantly liked him. He had ideas/suggestions without being pushy and actually listened to our ideas, wants and needs. He helped us get factory/showroom tours so we could choose directly from the supplier. All the subcontractors did an excellent job. A special nod goes to our tile guy and our granite fabricator - both did outstanding work. We moved out of our house 11 weeks, only 1 week longer than the estimate (due to supply limitations), so they could work on all the areas at one time.
