Da Vinci Marble

Swanky tile store compared to others in the area, with multiple receptionists and a large number of staff members inside. It's a very spacious showroom/warehouse and the decorative tile on display is absolutely stunning, and look appropriate for commercial, hotel, or large home installations. I didn't discuss pricing with them but I imagine tile here could be on the higher end. I was helped quickly (which I appreciated as I didn't want to spend more time than necessary looking for a match to an existing tile) and went on my way with a tile sample.

On the pro side, Da Vinci’s selection of both natural stone and man made material is pretty vast. They also have a showroom of tiles and samples, which could be handy. And finally, the front desk folks are helpful. On the con side, the prices are high. Also, we felt a systemic attitude problem with the sale folks — we talked with three different people on three different visits. There was definitely a shift in demeanor once it was clear that we were the home owners (and knew what we wanted) vs. a designer or architect. Our questions were met with impatience, deep sighs, snappy/short answers, and generally lack of engagement.

They have a very big selection of slabs of marble to choose from. I got to walk through several different showrooms and was very impressed with the different types of marble offered.

Fabulous customer service - lots of knowledgeable staff at all levels from front desk to design team. Varied and beautiful options for materials (granite, tile, marble, quartz, quartile, etc) in a well-lit showroom and warehouse space. We worked with Nicole whose professionalism, patience, and strong design sense helped us to find just what we wanted for our kitchen upgrade. We've visited five other stores in the area, and Da Vinci outranks them all. ​​​

Great place to source your marble, quarzite, etc. with a good array to choose from. Customer service was excellent from the moment I walked in I was made to feel welcome, not like other places where you feel that unless you are a designer they don't want to talk to you. I was shown around and then given the freedom to spend the time absorbing the variety of choices. Nice selection of complementary material like quarts and tile to complement the selections in marble. Still have to check in prices which will be next.
