Great to work with and helpful with figuring out color and type of carpet. Instalation was professional and clean. They made it an enjoyable experience i was dreading, I am not great with color matching. Love how it turned out.

We had the best experience with Watson’s. Everything from picking out the carpet with Antonia, to setting up the install with Ken. Their crew did a great job installing the carpet and cleaned up everything when they left. We will definitely use them when it’s time for new hardwood floors in the rest of our house.

We had to replace our carpet in one of our rooms due to damage and were on a bit of a time crunch to get it done. With the help of Antonia, we were able to find something in stock so we could keep to our tight timeline. Antonia was extremely helpful and so responsive! Absolutely seamless experience and would recommend them to anyone! The installation went just as smooth as the selection process and turned out great!

Good company. Great installation team. Not a perfect experience given months-long European material delays. But more importantly, when dealing with the problem, Abby/Watson accommodated us by sending two crews for a one day installation process. Their installers were careful with our furniture, as well.
