Modified Landscape Design

Thank you so much to Austin and Modified Landscape Design. We struggled to implement a plan for our front yard after our remodel. Austin helped us finalize our design, select all the materials, offer thoughtful advice for us to take into consideration and then he took care of the rest! As promised, they finished the job on-time, kept close contact with us throughout the project and maintained our budget. They excavated, installed ~1000 sq ft of Terf (front yard and back yard), matched our new patio to the existing cement entryway and finished it off with landscape lighting. Our neighbors constantly give us praise for the finished product. We're so happy with the yard now and are very appreciative of MLD.

We are thrilled with the results of our new landscaping thanks to Modified Landscape Design!!! Our yard turned out exactly how we wanted it to and in a very reasonable timeframe.
