Da' Water Werks

Needed to replace an old water heater. No emergency but Nick came within a few days and installed the new unit quickly. Price was much more reasonable than the big guys. Then there were electrical issues not Nick's fault but Nick came same day with an electrician to resolve the issues. Very impressed!

Had logged pipe in the kitchen and laundry room! Nick was able to come out same day and resolve the issue. Great pricing super friendly individual, I would not go anywhere else for my plumbing needs!

Is there a trick to getting a response? I called a year and a half ago, left detailed message of what I was needing and never got a call back. Ok well we aren’t bothered so maybe we will try again in the future. Fast forward to last week and my husband called and left a message that he was given their name to contact for plumbing issues and still no call back. Kinda feels like they are so busy that new business isn’t needed!? Update: My husband was finally contacted after the above review! Great.. well so we thought.. the tech called, got information and scheduled a time for “around noon”, my husband stayed home ALL day today and no one ever showed or called. We tried and hope everyone else gets better service than we did.
