I told Shon if I didn’t like him I would through him out. I also told him I wasn’t buying anything tonight. Humm, I didn’t through him out and I bought a walk in tub for my wife. What am I trying to say, Shon Silva is a great guy and a very honest salesmen. I really didn’t think I would buy this tonight, but I did and I’m feeling really good about it. I believe it will be a help for my wife and that’s the most important thing.

Mitzy is a fantastic project manager. She gave a very detailed overview of our bathroom installation from beginning to end. The product is beautiful and very affordable I highly recommend this company when looking for bids on a remodel. We are still in decision making mode on our project but we are impressed with the warranty, and willingness to accommodate our financial position.

Kristina Acosta is such a jewel. She did a wonderful presentation of not only your product but of your family business. You are blessed to have someone of her caliber representing DaBella Windows. I was very impressed with everything about your Company. From the choosing of the name of your business to the quality of your product and installation. Your warranty is outstanding. At this moment I am not able to get your product but I hope to in the near future. I will be recommending DeBella to my family and friends. Have a blessed New Year and continued success.

Daniel did a great presentation, was very kind and also helpful. He gave us a good overview of their product and the company. Even though we couldn't move forward he was very polite and not pushy.

At first I was happy to work with DaBella, mind you I only wanted my shower done and was willing to pay the quote that they quoted me, 15,000 just for my shower. I am a new home owner and 10 days after my income changed, they weren't willing to help me out with canceling the project because I didn't want to continue because I knew I no longer would be able to pay. Every time I called to speak to someone,it was I'll have them call you and I wouldn't get a call, multiple attempts, I finally talked to someone today Jan 13 and he said that if I break contract that I would still have to pay 50% of the 15000 back to them. They have no compassion for a honest person not trying to put my self in a hole that I can't pay at the end. It seems all they want is money and not trying to satisfy customers
