The staff there are very knowledgeable when it comes to pools. They always have a solution and let you know to come back once you get to that step. They also always have the products in stock every time I go. The prices are very reasonable and can assist with getting your pool to where it needs to be! My family and I are new to the area and the staff at Dacula Pool Service, Inc were more than willing to help us out without trying to get over on us by upselling us on items we don't need. New to taking care of a pool and it can be incredibly overwhelming. I've been to a few different pool places locally and while they were helpful, the interactions felt very transactional and like I was being oversold on products that I didn't really need. However, with Dacula pool service, the experience was great. They were very helpful and patient while testing the water sample from our pool. They answered all my questions and best of all, I didn't feel pressured to buy a bunch of chemicals and treatments that I didn't necessarily need. Need. I must say this place might have some of the best customer service I’ve come across in my life. Specifically Crystal help turn my pool from a swamp into a crystal clear body of water with minimal money spent. I’ve had problems with many components of my pool and she helps me troubleshoot from the least expensive to the worst case. It has never been the worst case they have literally saved me thousands of dollars they are the most honest and best business I’ve come across possibly in my life thank you to Dacula Pools.

They are on the high side of prices but and for installation of a liner the price was reducilace for the liner is not smooth around the inside there are mounds and it's not easy to brush or vacuum because of it . My $300 dollar steps broke and now I have to get new steps.
