Dahl Montrose Plumbing Supply and Kitchen/Bath Showroom (showroom by appt. only)

I bought a sink from Dahl Plumbing in Montrose 5 years ago. The sink cracked and started leaking. I went to the location to see how they could help because it is an under mount fit surrounded by granite. They informed me this sink has been discontinued and that I would have to call a granite person to cut the granite for a different sink. They did offer me a template for a larger sink. They did not help with any solutions, contacts or warranties. I left two voice mails with no return call but did get a hold of them on my 3rd call. I will never use them again as the customer service was not helpful. Basically they said sorry and left me to figure it out by myself even after I made suggestions about this sink possibly being in a warehouse somewhere. To say the least it was a painful

Worst customer service I've received. I called and asked if they sold to the public and was told yes. When I arrived to the store to make my purchase, I was told they would not sell to me unless my plumber authorized it, even though they sold to the public. I specified over and over that I was covering the cost and that my plumber was not purchasing or putting the purchase on his account and Tim would still not let me make the purchase. I also spoke with the store manager Eric, which was no help at all. After explaining myself over and over, Eric said to make the sale as a regular customer, at that point I did not want to give my business to this company. What should of been a 5 minute in and out transaction, turned out into a bad experience. I do not recommend this place to anyone, take
