David Hernandez of DAHP LLC previously did a couple of small jobs for me that were acceptable. Based on that, I hired him to completely remodel two houses. Unfortunately, I was shocked to discover that he is neither honest nor reliable. His pattern is to take as much money as possible while doing as little work as he can. He did not follow the payment schedule outlined in the contract and repeatedly pressured me to pay him early, claiming he needed funds to buy materials. Once paid, he would move forward with the simpler portions of the job but consistently left the most complex and critical work for last.
