Daigle Cleaning Systems has done carpet work in our office. The team was prompt and ready to work. The work was amazing. I then used the Residential side to have my apartment cleaned when I was moving out and WOW!!! The team did Fantastic work, I got a full security payment back. Prices were ideal and work was great. Don’t hire these cleaners. I had a terrible experience. Never cleaning under beds or furniture and leaving many areas undusted. They often had broken vacuumed cleaners and forgot mops etc. Our new cleaners said we never should have paid these people. All they cared about was getting in and out in 2 hours and kept raising the price and decreasing the hours. And now they are billing me for what they claim is unpaid cleaning which twice I showed them bank statements showing I’m paid in full. I will use my lawyer if they continue to harass me with late fees and billing for jobs I’ve already paid for. I’ve never done a review before - this is how bad they are.

I highly recommend Daigle for any Office cleaning needs. They are extremely thorough and professional. in the rare event something was overlooked, they reply promptly and send someone to resolve the situation as soon as possible. Additionally I appreciate they're quick response when asked to complete a one off cleaning project.
