Daigle Pools installed our unground pool. We had a great experience. Don came out to our house and answered all of our questions and helped us plan the perfect pool for our family! The crew and contractors were all professional and courteous. We have dog kennels in our yard and they were careful to put the temporary fence back and respect the animals and property. We had our pool installed right before winter so we were unable to have the concrete walkway around the pool installed until the following spring. Once spring was here we were near first on the list to have our pool opened so we could be assured everything was working properly and the concrete was scheduled! Daigle installed my first standard steel wall pool in 2015. We got 7 season out if it but it had a defect (pool manufacturer went out of business in 2018) and had rusting around the entire pool coming from inside the liner. Everything else with the pool was great so I wanted to go back to Don and his team for the replacement pool. Even with all the supply chain challenges Daigle was able to acquire a 21' radiant pool in 2021 for the replacement. This past April they got me in their schedule as one of their first installs. They disassembled/removed the old pool and installed the new one all in about a half day of work. There was a slight issue with the pool liner not sitting correctly but they came right back out within a week to address the problem. I am very happy with the service

We’ve had a great experience with Daigle Pools. Their communication is excellent, they show up when they say they will, and their attention to detail is fantastic. They replaced the liner in our 20x40 pool and fought through periods of rain and ground water issues to get the job done on time for us to have our annual Memorial Day gathering. The crews that come out to do the actual work are a great group of guys who are experts in their field. After watching them work, I have complete confidence in the integrity of my pool. Dealing with Don, the owner, is like a breath of fresh air compared to some of the other business owners that I have dealt with while having work done at my home. Go with Daigle, you’ll be glad you did.

Avoid this company like the plague. They have no customer service. I paid $400 for my pool to be open and swimmable. Take a look at the picture. Does that look swimmable to you? You'd think I'd get money back or store credit or a tech to come out and fix it because they honor their obligations and respect their customers. Nope. I paid them so I could open the pool. They charge you for things you didn't ask for and they don't check with you first. Stay away! That's right I took the cover off and that's where I had left it. That's not what I was referring to. I paid for the pool to be swimmable. That's what I agreed to. Does that look swimmable? Never made any comment about the cover, nor did I comment about the plumbing I approved.
