Two girls came out to ask why were here then gave us the most generic two answers about the split units. Felt somewhat hostile so we left immediately. Why does daiken even have this location open?

Extremely clean, modern, informative and the crew is very professional. Walking into the showroom is a state of the art as it makes you feel you are stepping into the future of central air conditioning and heating. Having the equipment function in an area gives a consumer an example of how quiet and efficient Daikin really is before it's installed into the home. This showroom was a brilliant idea and I'm excited to send contractors there and their customers. To feel it, touch it and hear how quiet the equipment when it's running is so valuable to a consumer. Looking at catalogs and YouTube videos are not the same as physically seeing and touching the equipment. Thanks so much Daikin

I came here looking for information about Daikin's ductless multi zone mini-split systems and I was able to get all the information I needed. Ahmad (please forgive me if I spelled it wrong) and his colleagues were very friendly and answered all my questions thoroughly. I also got to see what the inside and outside units would look like and hear them in operation. Sure I could have gotten the information from an HVAC contractor or online but I wanted to get independent information from someone not trying to upsell me and also be able to ask follow up questions and get immediate answers to them. I also could have watched online videos to hear the units in operation but that doesn't really give the actual noise level in person. I highly recommend anyone considering a mini-split system to
