I came out here from Arizona working in the Hvac R industry And I’ve come across my share of Hvac supply industries With most certainty and absolute thought Tim and Glenn not only are familiar with the trade from hands-on experience themselves But give technical advice through empirical knowledge Some HVAC places just know product numbers and product description but these guys are well informed to not only know what the product is but how to utilize it the pros and cons It’s more than just customer service at this location. It’s interaction the companionship. 5 stars all day ! With the advice I have gotten

Lacks sign at RT 206, however GPS got me to the main street/driveway. Clerk was helpful when I let him know Goodman brand but couldn't find a data plate.

This is the best Universal branch by far. Tim and Glen know their products and get things right
