I called this place and spoke with Tyler about an hour before my arrival. I placed an order over the phone and provided my credit card so I could pick up the parts when I got there. Tyler confirmed over the phone that they had all the parts in stock. However, when I arrived, he told me they only had one part. I drove an hour and wasted my time just to find out they didn’t have what they said they did. What a waste of time and an absolute joke.

This guys are the BEST, we've been a client for over 7 years. Matt, Neshan, Steve, Daryl and the rest of the time are so accommodating and they are always ready to help with a big smile. Keep up the good work and thank you for all your help over this yeras. We will be a customer for life!

The worst possible service you can image. I turned in a Goodman compressor for a warranty reimbursement back in May. They never call back and never give me clear answer. The person who I worked with was Nashon Jones. I'm still waiting for a $349.86 warranty payment, 3 months later. My next step is to file a complaint with NJ Better Business Bureau for fraud.

Be aware of Price gouging!!! On June 2, 2021, I purchased two 3/4 x 1/2 female adapter c75-133 It is Simple fitting they charged me $11.84 each. I found it online for $2.83 and at Home Depot for$7.76 In essence, Their prices is 51% higher compared to the next highest seller. avoid them as much as you can.
