Austin was great to get work done when the time clock was running but was not great at a simple task of retrieving equipment his crew left behind. We stored his equipment for months while asking several times to have it picked up from our porch. It was very frustrating storing this equipment for months then the insurance check shows up and Austin wants to get paid and says just throw the equipment away after we kept it on our porch for months. Could have simply took an hour from his day to retrieve it or simply told us to trash it months ago instead us tripping around it for months. This simple issue was very frustrating also Austin’s crew left many cigarette butts on my property, we are not smokers. My kids also found many many screws dropped and left behind from the repairs they made. Au
