Worst experience ever. I was quoted $1500 that I was charged $4000. I had to rent my own U-Haul to get the rest of my stuff out of my home which was everything that I wanted then they held my stuff hostage because they wouldn’t take a personal check so I had no heat. I had nothing to heat my house with because it was all in the truck that I paid for they were awful. They were unprofessional and broke half my shit. Don’t ever use them they are horrible. Oh yeah, and he left my animals in crates for days to help and look that shit hostage

I called on a Monday which was a holiday and they answered right away and were able to fit me in for the following Saturday. I didn't actually think anyone would have time to do so at such short notice but they made it happen. Dakota and Kyle came and moved us from a bigger 3 bedroom house to a 2 bedroom apartment in about 5hours. Some things went into a storage on site as my oldest son is in college and never here. "Hence the down sizing " these guys were beasts! Very friendly and personable and able to get the heavy stuff no problem. I'm talking about you Kyle, you're an absolute animal. When I spoke with the owner while scheduling my move, we discussed that I would need movers for approximately two hours and was quoted $150 per hour. At that time, the move was supposed to include a commercial-sized treadmill, but I ended up selling it that same day, so no heavy equipment needed to be moved. I was never informed of a four-hour minimum charge!!!! I was never informed that the movers would be coming an hour away nor was I expect to pay $600 on top of the $100. You should have said this when scheduling because I used movers in the past and this is not how they handled my move. Also my previous moved me 1hr and 20 Min away and paid only $300 with a $200 tip.
