Dalene Flooring Carpet One

Looking forward to our next flooring project after many great experiences! Dalene has always been a 1-stop shop for our needs and they make flooring selection easy. I know their products are high quality, on trend, and long lasting. We were so pleased with the dustless sanding of our hardwood floors and their use of Bona products, that we knew where to get our carpets from! So many styles available that it was hard to decide, but we couldn't be happier with the Triexta carpet. After 4 years, we still get a ton of compliments for it's soft feel (perfect for kids) and modern look. Our last project was Daltile for the bathroom floor, Esta Villa porcelain tile. Dalene in South Windsor has a nice and extensive showroom. Recently ordered flooring, and picked up the order at their dock. All went smoothly, and employees were pleasant to do business with.

In November I began my search for the perfect floor. I was encouraged to give Dalene a try by a few people, even other flooring companies, so I did. I met with Amy and we discussed options and I was told she would be in touch. A month went by without hearing anything, so I called and then a week later sent an email, but still got no response. I was disappointed, but instead of making an issue or leaving a bad review, I simply went to a different location to continue my search (they seemed to have what I was looking for). Unfortunately, it eventually came out why I was there - Amy turned out to be the only person that could help me with what I really wanted. I had such a great experience with Dalene. After getting completely ripped off by a company who advertises on TV, I went to Dalene. Rick, the salesman saved my project and got things going in one day and the installer Kendall couldn’t do enough to make the floors look beautiful.
