Dalex Roofing

This was our 3rd house being done by Dalex. Just think about how good they must be if we used them 3 times (Old House, New House and parents house) they were flexible on the time frame, it took us a few months to close on our home equity loan, once The contract was signed, it was about 2 weeks before they started the work. Team of 5 guys and 2 women tore off, replaced 27 sheets of plywood and re shingled the roof IN ONE DAY. After their clean up I only found some dust on My plants, a few shreads of underlayment a chunk of rotting wood and 3 nails (which were not in easy to find locations) they did an amazing job, even My discerning neighbor was impressed. About a week later The gutter team showed up, they did an amazing job, they fixed a few cosmetic things from the roofers and Left a few

Not only did they communicate well, but kept our cost down even when dealing with many unexpexted situations.This company and their employees are top-notch. My standards as a fellow tradesman are very high. My company and employees would have been privileged to work with Dalex. Excellent workmanship, listened to all our concerns, and went the extra mile to satisfy us. Even removed the snakes from the demoed roof eve!!!

I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with this roofing company. I had 4 estimates and Dmitriy from dalex had the most complete and professional estimate. They went on my roof prior to discussing what we needed. Once I committed the crew had great communication and follow through. The roof looks amazing and they left the property perfect. They also Installed sun tunnels in my main room. Spectacular! I highly recommend them.

We had a great experience with Dalex. Our roof required a lot of extra work, but they came in with a great crew and they were able to get it done in about a day and a half. Everyone we interacted with from Dalex was very professional and friendly and we were incredibly pleased with the quality of the work.
