Dalinghaus Foundation Repair

Initial contact was Bryan N. He was very thorough with his assessment. In addition, he took measurements all over the house and assess the cracks in the foundation. Bryan gave us his recommendation which was epoxy and carbon fiber repair for a total of 6 cracks. I hired dalinghaus for the job due to their quick assessment proposal and the transparency of Bryan. Dillon and his partner made quick work of the cracks. Showed us the repair they did and gave us reassuring details about our foundation. Overall, I would definitely recommend this company for their great customer service, competitive pricing, transparency, and clear communication.

Much to my surprise the Dalinghaus team was able to accommodate my impossible last minute, "but only if you can do it right now", schedule change. They worked with my Engineering team and the county inspectors wonderfully. Having gotten 3 quotes, I was very pleased, almost suspicious, with their price, but after all the dust had settled, (and they did a great job of cleaning up that dust) I actually ended up getting a partial refund. Each and every one I met on site, and those I only spoke with on the phone were delightful to deal with and did a great job. Just completed having Jason Davenport come out to examine foundation issue. Truly, he was very professional, polite, down to earth and very patient with me. It has been a difficult search yet I couldn't be more pleased with having him be our contact and give us proposal. Very impressed with this young man and way he conducts himself.
