I had k9 Elite grass put in my backyard earlier this week. Wow, what a difference!! I can’t believe how good it looks. Before it was pretty much just dirt and uneven dirt at that. Now it’s level, it feels great on the feet, and it’s beautiful. Plus, my dog is so happy. We played ball for the first time without dirt on his ball, paws, or in his mouth. It was Amazing!! Thank you ForeverLawn Pacific Coast for the fantastic job you did at my home. Chris, thank you for taking plenty of time and helping me make the right decision for what was best for my yard and dog. Thank you to the crew who completed the work, especially Jimmie who was so helpful and patient with all my questions and for all the maintenance and grooming information you provided. If you want synthetic grass, this is the absolute best company!!!! This is a family-run business that will give you personal attention in a professional and timely manner. Ken and Denise Karmie are at the helm, and although their corporate office is out of California, Ken personally came to design and oversee our initial install. He then checked in with us to verify we were happy with their product. We were extremely happy with the design for our cage-free dog parks and the quality of the product. Many years later, when we wanted to freshen the grass for the dogs, Ken, again came out. His Pacific Coast lead, Jason, took over on this second project. Jason and his team were excellent! This company had a superior selection of pet turf, and Chris had tons of knowledge about the products. We ended up choosing the Endura, which is exclusive to K9Grass. The entire process was smooth, professional, and we are very happy with the outcome. Time will tell how it holds up, but there is a 15 year warranty and Chris showed a lot of confidence in the product. The only complaint I have is the way they do their pricing for small jobs. Chris did take time to work with us, he attached some promotions, and they bought back the excess turf (at a fraction of what we paid), so we paid about $4000 for. 130 ft.² . I appreciate that they worked with us, but it was still extremely high in comparison to other companies.

My family and I loved the process from point A to point Z! Chris communicated details of the project quickly and effectively with us every step of the way. The crew who came in was professional and very knowledgeable. They also provided with detailed care instructions afterwards. Our dogs and our son live their new turf!

We have three dogs and they love it. Took about two days for them to get used to it but now they play and lay on it all the time. Guys were great that installed and they finished in one day. You have to get the GOT PEE? works so good. I used it on some old carpet pee stains from when my dog was a puppy and they are gone now.
