The owner of the company was very kind and made sure to help us in a pinch when we ran out of oil, and we didn't even realize we were out of oil until we had no hot water. I was a customer but stopped buying oil two years ago from Myer Oil since I've been filling up 5g containers at the gas station. However, recently, my furnace went out, so I called to see if they could repair it as they have in the past. They told me because I wasn't a current customer, they couldn't fix it, so I asked if I became an existing customer could they fix it, to which they transferred me to someone higher up who just said the same thing we can't fix it because you are not a current customer so call someone else.
